  A while back the springs broke on my garage door. I went there to get them replaced, or at least have some new once ordered. Was immediately met with skepticism, and was told to go home and weigh the door!?!? Went back there and they ordered some springs, I payed for them. It took a while,I had to call them multiple times because they didn't call when they said they would. Finally springs arrived, went to pick them up....wrong springs!. Guy came to the house twice to reweigh the door, supposedly new springs were ordered, but they never called me to let me know if they had arrived. Got the run around on the phone, so I went there in person several times, and 98% of the time the lady at the front desk was not there during business hrs. The guys said she would be back soon after having her nails done. They could not help me in the meantime. I said I just wanted my money back. There was a issues with that, because they felt that I should pay for the springs they ordered, the wrong once. This whole thing drug on for an ENTIRE YEAR. I finally got my money back. I did not feel valued as a costumer or taken seriously. There was zero accountability. I called the other guys in town, they came out and fixed it in ONE DAY!

  Dave helped me a lot today ! My door was closing hard & sticking. They were booked for 3 days and squeezed me in! Their service and fees were very good &fair the work quality ! Highly recommend this company!!!!! Howard& Linda thank you

  I ordered a garage door on September 25th was told it would be here the 31st of October did not hear anything called they said it would ship the 1st week of November called back last week was told it didn’t ship but would be here the 14th and would call. I called today the 15th of November asked if my door was in the front desk lady said she would call back after she had to look into calls me back and says December 5th it will ship , I cancelled my order received a refund. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a garage door if I would have never called I would have never known, I will pass this along to anyone I know looking for a door and recommend looking elsewhere.

  Great customer service! My garage door fell off the track first thing in the morning Friday the 13th so there is how my day started. These guys came out even though they were super busy and got my door fixed for me while I was at work which was a huge convenience! Thank you guys will recommend you to anyone!
