Had subsequent issues, with the first significant snowfall of the season, regarding a poor install job of heat tape, as well as, flashing to divert water away from my house with a previous trouble spot that has leaked. Tried numerous times via texting & phone calls to get Armando to come back & help me trouble shoot the issue (as he said he would do when he performed the initial work), he has refused to either communicate with me or take any ownership of the issue. Incredibly disappointing for such a significant financial investment.
