The icing on the cake is the wonderful family that runs this business. You don't see that often anymore, and it's reassuring to know they treat you like you're one of their own.

We were supposed to have a completed home in October, and we remain homeless in late January. We hired a 3rd party engineer who recommended removal and replacement of the foundation they left us. Buyers Beware the foundation is the most critical component of your house!
