  Gregory Becht of Swan Heating did a wonderful job of fixing dangerously faulty electrical connections in my heat pump. He was thorough and careful, explained what he was doing, and made sure the connections were safely and completely repaired.

  We woke up on Sunday morning to a very cold house. We call Swan and they were very fast at getting Andrew Hinshaw to come out. Andrew was very nice. We had heat in a short time. Andrew also took the time to good over the Swan Club Membership program. Yes, we are now Swan Club Members. Thank you Andrew. We look forward to seeing you again in the fall as are air conditioner is done for this year. Gil and Roxanne

  Had a very positive experience with Swan servicing our air conditioning unit. Deri was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and thorough. We appreciate his understanding and look forward to Swan (and hopefully Deri) taking care of our home. Thanks again for the service.

  This was a truly great experience considering the problem. My mother's mobile needs all new repiping. We had a technician here in under an hour. Gabriel, our tech, was super efficient and very knowledgeable. My mother is 83 years old, he made sure she understood what needed to be done. Hats off also to his supervisor. They worked to get a reasonable price and helped to secure financing. All this excellent service was under 2 hours start to finish and the work will done in 2 days! A million thanks and kudos to Gabriel, his supervisor, and Swan plumbing!

  Amana heat pump installed 4/25. Thermostat stopped working. Repair technician reset system to fix. Even though system still under warranty, Swan charged $99.00 for service call. Also owner could not register for factory warranty as Amana says can’t warranty a “commercial” heat pump unit for residential use. Swan has not explained this factory Warranty issue but rather says they registered Amana factory warranty on owners behalf - factory disagrees. This raises concerns about how Swan is conducting business. Update ... Swan did credit warranty service charge and did send me a Heat Pump System "Registration Certificate". However, "Registration Certificate" does not indicate that the factory warranty is actually registered to the original purchaser., i.e., me at my home address. Suspect, but have no way of proving, Swan registers 5 year factory warrant under their name and "commercial" address and only gives the purchaser a 1 year warranty in it's stead. I am still troubled by the fact Swan can not show me evidence of me actually having a full, new heat pump system factory warranty. By the way, Swan's Amana Heat Pump installation was great - done quickly, efficiently and very cleanly.
