  Very professional service Noted a minor gas leak on our water heater while he was here doing a regular checkup on our boiler furnace Checked to be sure the area where he detected the leak was tightened and no longer leaking

  I had David Brown come and clean my furnace and AC - he was very friendly, informative, and Frank about the woes of our 18 year old gear (it's probably time to stop fixing it and look at replacing it).

  Tech's Brody Sheridan and Corey Tarzier Just wanted to leave a big shoutout for the team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. These folks are absolutely top-tier. First off, Brody Sheridan and Corey Tarzier came out on 04/11/2026 to install our new AC unit, and they were on time, professional, and genuinely great to work with. I asked a million questions (because that’s what I do 😄), and they answered everything without missing a beat or making me feel like I was slowing them down. About 6.5 hours later (aka “one quick HVAC install and a small lifetime of education later”), they walked us through the system step-by-step and somehow made something very technical sound so simple that even I was like, “Oh… that actually makes sense!” Now here comes Murphy’s Law… because of course it does. Saturday night, we noticed a bit of frost on the outside lines. Not exactly the “cooling effect” we were going for. So, we shut the system down and called it in. Sunday rolls around, and guess who shows up? Yep — Brody again. Full circle moment. He arrived right on time, checked everything thoroughly, figured out the issue quickly, got it corrected, and told us to keep an eye on it and report anything unusual. Super calm, super professional, and clearly knows his work inside and out. Honestly, this company rocks. From installation to follow-up service, everything felt handled, human, and solid. Big appreciation to the whole team. you made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy.

  When our AC system began performing poorly, I called One Hour Heating and AC. Spencer came out and performed a thorough evaluation of the cooling system and identified the root of the problem. He clearly explained several options for repairing or replacing the system. Given the age of the outdoor condensing unit, we decided to go with a full replacement which included the indoor cooling coil and some duct modifications to improve performance. Spencer and Cory did an excellent job with the installation and completed the work in one day. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!

  Jahvonie was great today, very respectful to us and to our home, explained what he was going to do before he started. Summarized what was completed/done after all work was completed and had shoe covers on the entire time. We are grateful.
