  One Clear Choice was at a home show in Cheyenne, WY, where I spoke with a few gentleman. I saw One Clear Choice offered to come to my home and do a $29.00 adjustment to my garage door. I scheduled an appointment. Chad arrived on time, he looked over my garage door and the mechanics of the door operations. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through his assessment. I stated my concerns, and Chad explained each question I asked. Chad pointed out some of his own concerns, a cable starting to fray, the old spring system, and some mistakes on the original installment of the door. Chad made numerous adjustments, lubed many area's on the garage door, pulleys and rollers. I was offered a great deal to upgrade my equipments; unfortunately, my budget was unable to take the offer at this time. Chad was understanding, he gave me his business card, and a sticker I could keep by the garage door for future reference. Kudos to you Chad, I thank you for your understanding, kindness and knowledge.

  Today I had the honor of Chad coming out to service my garage doors. I recognized him immediately, as he installed the new openers in my garage about 5 years. I was thrilled to see that he was still with the company, as I enjoyed his service years ago. It speaks volumes to me, when you get the same great service over such an extended period of time, and by the same tech nonetheless. Chad was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would suggest Chad and One Clear Choice garage doors to anyone. I will call them again, of and when I need anything for my garage doors! Highly recommend!!

  Clinton Dolce was out to diagnose our broken garage door. We unfortunately needed to order the upper part of the garage door. But Clinton was able to put it back together temporarily so we can manually lift it until the part comes in. He inspected our other garage door and found that door was beginning to show weakness as well (drywall had recently been installed incorrectly near the doors) and fixed it so we won't have any more unpleasant surprises.

  Unfortunately, when I went to open my garage door, it didn’t work, and I noticed that one of the springs had broken. Fortunately, I had been hearing about One Clear Choice on the Troubleshooter show for many years, so I went to their website and found it very easy to schedule a same-day repair appointment. Clinton was the technician who came out, and he did a great job—not only completing the repair, but also recommending other parts that should be replaced. While upselling is obviously part of the process, my garage door is 32 years old, so I was happy to have all the moving parts replaced. As Clinton said it would, it now works better and more quietly than it did when it was new. I wholeheartedly recommend One Clear Choice Garage Doors for any garage door needs. They provide professional service in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

  Our garage door had gotten to the point it wasn't closing straight. One side had about a 2 inch gap and was at the point the noise from the rollers was getting really bad. I called One Clear Choice around 3 pm to schedule a service and told the woman on the phone what was going on. The woman on the phone said that it sounds bad and that they should get someone out sooner rather than later and would schedule someone to come out from 4-6 that day. I got a call at 3:15 from Dion saying he was on his way and would be here around 3:45. He got here and looked at everything and said we needed a lot of things replaced. He gave me a price with a 10 year warranty and I was impressed and surprised at how little it was going to cost. During the work while Dion was working on finishing up putting the rollers in our power went out. I rushed down to the garage and there was Dion on his ladder in complete darkness. I put on a battery powered flood light and he kept going like nothing happened. This man is unstoppable and such a great guy. Everything was finished and working so much better than before. I'm truly grateful for this company and for our service tech Dion. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone.
