- BDBen DennisOct 22, 20251.0Superintendent called me out for work at a home and then refused to pay for the work after he agreed to it. After multiple calls out to Ivan and to corporate with no response it is clear that they have no intention of resolving this issue. After talking with some of my other customers in the neighborhood it sounds like they fail to take care of warranty issues and try to push the blame onto others instead of taking care of problems.
- CCChezJul 30, 20255.0We purchased a brand new home at Centerra. Richmond builds are luxurious. The kitchen Island Kitchen and dinning area are my favorite its spacious right next to all the shopping centers and off I25 we love it the process was smooth and Geoff was awesome to work withđ !!!!
