We were supposed to have another asphalt company come and put in a new driveway but they came back with all of these changes and up charges right before they were supposed to start that they had never stated in their quote. We luckily called Oz pacing by Goltz and talked with Colin about what we needed and the issues we were having. He was out at our house the next day and a quote that same day. They were not only less expensive than the previous company we were working with but they did amazing work and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Recently, in the middle of a crack-fill-seal project on an HOA road, a neighbor needed the same exact treatment on his personal driveway. Goltz adapted immediately and added that to the job for a very reasonable add-on charge, making the neighbor very happy and saving him lots of bucks.
- TCTom ChapelSep 9, 20255.0I represent a rural subdivision in Estes Park, Colorado with approximately 1.6 miles of paved asphalt roads. We retained Goltz Asphalt for patching, a 2 inch overlay, and shouldering. Goltz completed the project on time and within budget. The crews did a great job; the few punchlist items identified were taken care of promptly. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and professional. It was overall an exceptional experience.
