  Best experience ever working with OGS to not only update install of the "pipes" for my Solar/Power walls during a siding install but also taking extra components and Level 2 charger up to our Cabin!

  One star is too generous for OGS, Off-Grid Solutions. I would not trust OGS to change a lightbulb. OGS failed at every step and then extorted me to pay them immediately in cash before the work was complete and before the City electrical inspection. The contract clearly states that inspection is an integral part of the work, as is customary and that payment is due AFTER all work has been completed including the final inspection. I believe that the reason OGS wanted cash before the inspection is that they did not expect their work to pass inspection. We had a detailed contract for a straight-forward electrical panel capacity and amp upgrade. The contract specified that two employee electricians were to take one day to complete installation of a detailed list of brand equipment and get the permits and inspection done. They sent just one freelance electrician who had never seen the work order and did not have a copy. The electrician brought and started installing a breaker box was 1/3 less capacity than the minimum specified. After a 2nd day of work, they were still missing parts needed to pass code, but demanded full cash payment; they said it was too much trouble to bring the remaining necessary parts soon. OGS delayed requesting City inspection. OGS threatened to sabotage my follow-on project if I did not pay them cash immediately before the contracted work was completed and inspected. And did by delaying and cancelling the contractually and legally required City electrical inspection. The contracted work is still not completed, weeks later. After numerous threats from OGS I may file extortion charges against them and seek a form of restraining order. IMHO, The guys at OGS are nuts and certainly should not be licensed electricians.

  Had solar + PointGuard battery installed before tax credits ended. Lucien went above and beyond generating and customizing battery, mount, panel options to come up with a super competitive quote that fit our budget. Ari and crew did a fantastic job installing it, they got a 32 panel system plus battery installed in two days flat. From quote to install, the whole thing was done in a couple weeks… super impressed.

  Very happy with my experience with OGS. Everything was completely professional from start to finish and priced reasonably. I had a quick call with Lucian, shot over some photos, and he gave me a professional rundown of the situation which ended up saving me money and hassle in the end. Andrew performed the install and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and left all of the work spaces cleaner than when he arrived. They're also fast - from first contact to completion was maybe 5 days. Would totally recommend these guys for anything electrical you're looking to do.
