  Took a long time to pick out the carpet, but with Sheri's help, a choice was made. We appreciate that she understood what the room was used for and was able to guide us to a good decision. Go Green installed the carpet quickly when scheduled. Looks great! Go Green is a good fit for us -- customer service, eco conscious products, and excellent installation led to satisfied customers.

  Maureen, Shane and Rob were very professional and their work was at a high standard and met all of our needs. Go Green is reputable and they fulfilled all of their commitments to us and the flooring project.

  It was a mixed experience having Go Green replace our kitchen floor. Even so, I had not planned on giving a negative review. However, today I received another reminder to give a review, stating that everyone who leaves a 5 star review would receive a $25 gift card by mail. This is illegal under FTC rules: "The final rule prohibits businesses from providing compensation or other incentives conditioned on the writing of consumer reviews expressing a particular sentiment, either positive or negative. It clarifies that the conditional nature of the offer of compensation or incentive may be expressly or implicitly conveyed."
