- FDFraden Dias6 days ago1.0This company is a scam. They charged $700 for a diagnostic and agreed to repair our heating for an additional $500. After two months of waiting for a part that never arrived, they stopped answering our calls. Avoid this company at all costs.

After our walk-in freezer broke down, they inspected it and took an advance payment of $1850.85 for diagnostics and parts, promising that this amount would be deducted from the repair cost or refunded if we chose not to proceed with their services. This occurred in October, and since then, they have not initiated any contact. Whenever we called, we were repeatedly told they were waiting on parts. On two occasions, they claimed to have the parts and scheduled a repair date, but no one ever showed up. After requesting a refund, they stopped answering our calls and replying to text messages. I believe this company is operating fraudulently and I would not recommend working with them.

I had to reach out about a month later….then they informed me that they ordered the wrong part (again without communication - I had to engage). Then the part came in and lo and behold, the part was the wrong one…..then ZERO communication. I had to reach out again and left a message and nothing….i texted my info…..nothing…..this place is a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My equipment for my business is still out of commission and it’s now the 5th month!!! Horrible business model
