- KAKathleen AyresDec 7, 20255.0My 30 yo system is working now . It took 4 visits to repair , but as usual, symptoms don't always show up when the tech is there to diagnose. But the broken part was eventually identified by 3rd visit and replaced. Costs in general have really gone up. so I felt it was high, but assured by friends that it was worth it. Travis did an excellent job repairing it . Heat !

Honed in on a bad board, but it seems those have skyrocketed in price according to him, so couldn't go forward with actual repair. Came with very short notice, friendly and knowledgeable, but yeah, further price was an issue. Not blaming them though.
