  Francia's painting crushed it on all fronts. I wish I'd taken more "before" pictures, because these guys absolutely transformed my house. You can see what the house looked like before in the fifth and sixth pictures. Sergio and his team were responsive, polite, professional, courteous, and just so talented at what they did. Throughout every step of the process, they made us feel calm and confident that they knew what they were doing. They sealed up every crack and did a flawless job painting. But they went above and beyond, too. They noticed that there was a hole in our siding before they started painting. Sergio and his team found us new siding, bought it, cut it to size, installed it, and painted it with the rest of the house. They're a real, family-owned father-and-son local business, not a large corporation pretending to be a local business. They gave us a great price, too. I recommend them to anyone who cares about their home.

  I am fixing things about my house that have bothered me for years, and it is important to me to have craftsmen and artisans who are local and not part of a big chain store. People who will take pride in their work and deliver quality. Fancia’s Painting LLC delivered all that and more. I spoke with the owner, Sergio, about all my concerns and issues and he was wonderful and listened to me and explained everything so I could understand everything going in to the project. He had recommendations for the primer and paint, and I went with those and am shocked by how much you can see the difference in quality (always thought paint was just paint, but this showed me that quality matters, and Sergio knows what he is doing). The attention to detail is phenomenal, especially with the vaulted ceilings that looked so bad before and are now so beautiful I keep hurting my neck just staring up at them. Would and will be recommending this company to anybody who asks me how my house ended up looking so magnificent.

  We are in the process of several renovations to fix issues with our house. We decided to also paint the main floor and part of the upstairs and downstairs area as well, since it needed it. We contacted several companies but had the best feeling about Sergio from Francia’s Painting LLC. So very glad we went with this company! They did a fabulous job! Our original job was going to be just painting, but a large chunk of the ceiling had tons of dents and visible signs of repair from past renovations, and Sergio recommended mudding and sanding to get rid of all that (every other renovator has said they could repair it and then has only made it worse). We added that to the job, and went with the primer and paint he recommended, and HOLY HECK, the finished result is just wonderful! The ceiling is smooth with no blemishes, the walls look fabulous, and I am just upset we did not call them and do this sooner. I honestly never thought a fresh coat of quality paint could make this much of a difference. Cannot recommend this company enough!

  Sergio and his team did an extraordinary job on the exterior of our home including painting the ugly brick. They took the time to caulk every hole, seamlessly replace boards and repair some damage. They pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Communication with Sergio is easy and responsive. We will certainly use them again!

  Francia's team led by Sergio completely transformed our 65 yr old brick ranch! Sergio explained the work and discussed paint product quality at the time of the bid. After we chose Francia's, they prepped, primed, painted everything from the shingles to the ground, giving our house a fresh new look all at a fair price. Their attention to detail and extensive prep work make all the difference. See before/in-progress, and completed photos. Highly recommend!!
