  I had multiple issues with my new windows and doors. Brian G (owner) treated me like I was just a complainer. Ultimately I had all the windows and two of the doors removed. I was told that I needed to return his products to him in order to get a refund. John (from Bluebird) and the local rep from Sunrise Windows were sent to my home to witness the removal of their products. Brian then refused to pick up these windows and doors and they sat in my yard for months. None of my money was ever refunded.

  Fantastic customer service and the only place that had the double sliders that I wanted! Very happy with the windows and the installation was so quick and easy. Thanks for a great experience!

  First I want to say that everyone I had contact with at Bluebird was professional. My comments are what occurred with no "opinions." We went to the Greeley Home Expo at the Island Grove Event Center located in Greeley, CO on Saturday, Feb 7, 2026. I had done my "homework" and wanted to talk with the Bluebird representatives who had a booth at the expo. We discussed our potential project and was given a "Show Special" coupon which identified a 20% off for a quote and an additional 5% with the presentation of the coupon. No additional restrictions were on the coupon. We made arrangements for a company representative (rep) to come to our house on Friday, Feb 13, 2026. After discussing our project the rep provided us a quote at which time I handed the coupon to him. He had to call his office to determine what to do with the coupon. He indicated the 20% off was for purchasing 4 items and our project was 3. The final quote was for 7% off "early bird incentive" and the 5% additional show special for a total of 12% off. Less than half of the show coupon.

  I was referred to BlueBird Windows and Doors and I am so grateful! I replaced all of my 35 year old above grade windows and I can already notice how quiet my home is and it is impossible to not notice how amazing the windows look, inside and out. The contractors who Installed the windows were professional and polite, showed up as scheduled and finished as scheduled. They cleaned up all the windows and all the debris the installation brings with it. Sadly it is very hard to get high quality customer service and this crew went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend BlueBird Windows and Doors. Support your locally owned businesses!

  We recently had a new full-light front entry door installed by BlueBird Windows and Doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The installation was seamless, and the craftsmanship really shows. The new door has completely transformed the look of our entryway — it’s beautiful, solid, and lets in so much natural light. The crew took their time to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and finished, and they left the area clean and tidy when they were done.
