  We needed a big ugly triple pane window replaced with a single picture window. Not only was the Bluebird quote the lowest, but they also used a process that was much preferable to the other quotes we got (including from huge national brands). The window looks amazing, and they did it with zero damage to the surrounding woodwork, which we never thought was even a possibility. The process was absolutely seamless. They were so great to work with, and the finished product was so great - we can’t recommend Bluebird highly enough.

  We were so amazed with the high level of professionalism from sales quote to install every aspect was spot on perfection. Our installer team led by Robert and his employee Christopher were so polite. They explained everything about our windows, expectations, etc Even the boss man stopped by to check on us during install. We highly recommend Bluebird for price and service. FYI they were much cheaper and better than competitors.

  Bluebird installed new windows in our home, replacing all of the original windows from when it was built. We were impressed with their professionalism, low-pressure sales, communication, and expertise. The installation went so smoothly and they finished ahead of schedule! They even worked around our family schedule to ensure our toddler could have a quiet nap time. We’re very happy with Bluebird and would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to work with a reputable local company.

  We had a great experience with Blue Bird when purchasing our storm door. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way due to a manufacturer’s defect (which can happen sometimes), but it was in how they handled everything which was impressive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, which is why we’re still giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. We can’t say enough good things about Adrien, the installer, and Marty, both were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend Blue Bird to anyone looking for quality service.

  I had Bluebird Windows and Doors replace all seven windows in my Arvada townhome. The brand that the rep (Anthony) had with him as a demo was by Sunrise, now also known as Mi. Immediately following install I noticed that I had lost a large amount of viewing area in my windows. This was due to the casing on this brand being very thick. Also I’m suspicious that they sent stock sizes rather than custom measured. Some fit snug while others had large drafty space around them. Although Bluebird advertises “factory trained technicians”, the 5 men that spent two days installing my windows were not company employees. Day one only two of the five sub contractors even showed up. After waiting through the 8-10 arrival window I called and was told that they were on their way. Day two Brian (owner) was at my house (damage control) because I was pretty upset. He assured me that things would go better day two and dropped off A CASE OF CAULKING and left. My new Verde by Sunrise windows looked bad with large amounts of sloppy caulking surrounding them. The drafts were noticeable and I discovered that several of my windows had been installed with no insulation foam. Brian and Bluebird Windows and Doors do not stand behind their windows or install.
