  Sincere initially was out for just a noise diagnosis, but he determined the issue in 30 seconds, so he offered a complimentary tune/inspection to make the trip out worth it. He takes great notes and offers his personal recommendations.

  Fast scheduling for initial visit and later install. Pleasant staff. Huston and Dustin (the electrician) were especially good. Efficient install but poor close out of the visit. I need to speak further with the office regarding an in-line water conditioner I owned that seems to be missing. I still need a detailed statement of services that details the product I got, the forecasted rebate they said they will pursue for me, and the warranty. 4 days later: Mike addressed all my concerns. It is so nice to have warm water right away now.

  It was easy to make an appointment for service. The service tech, Blake, is very knowledgeable and worked meticulously on our AC and furnace. He took photos and explained everything because we did need some tweaks and upgrades to our system. It was an easy decision to sign up for membership! Pleased with the service from start to finish.
