We ended up replacing it and Mike did a great job. They were both knowledgeable and professional. He has been a great help to us to make right decisions on our furnace Edit: After installation, our furnace has been short cycling (running for 5-10 minutes, turning off for a few minutes, and turning back on again). He has attempted to come back and fix it twice now, and it is still broken. Both times he has said it was fixed. Will update review/rating as this progresses. Edit: Blake has spent a lot of his own time to find out the root of problems on our new furnace. He has fixed all issues and gave us some very useful suggestions. We really appreciate his effort and excellent customer service.
