    Blake was able to come out same-day and given me an estimate, and Mike did a fast job installing the new toilet. The pricing was about what I expected, which is always going to be more than it would cost to install it myself. However, I'd rather have someone knowledgeable do it. The work looks great, Mike is a great representative for the company, and I'd use their services again!

    Blake did amazing work on my tankless water heater. Had an issue for awhile and and multiple people out with no resolution. Blake and Warm Welcome are awesome. Highly recommend!!

    We enrolled in the one-year service package and appreciated that the technicians called ahead and arrived on time. However, there were several aspects of the experience that left us disappointed. The technicians did not consistently wear boot covers when walking between their vehicle and our home. More concerning, the service visits often felt more like sales calls focused on identifying additional billable work rather than performing routine maintenance included in the package. The quotes provided for recommended items were also extremely high. For example, instead of simply replacing an out-of-spec motor capacitor, an inexpensive part costing around $5, as part of scheduled maintenance, we were quoted nearly $500 for what appeared to be a two-minute replacement. We experienced similar upselling on minor items, such as a slightly dusty fan. Overall, we felt more like sales leads than valued service customers.
