Since we are Club members with Swan we were able to get scheduled quickly for the original visit and then subsequent visits. Cody spent a lot of time troubleshooting our system to determine the source of the problem which was ultimately related to other plumbing fixtures in the house (and not the tankless hot water heater). We are very grateful for the commitment from Cody and from Swan to address our concerns and make customer satisfaction a top priority.

Miguel was genuinely interested in my well-being, and did a fantastic job for me. I would give him six stars if I could. Swan is lucky to have such a fine representative of their company.
