I called Liz at their office and she reached out to several technicians to see if they could fit me in before the end of the day on Friday. The refrigerator supply line was leaking and the valve was no longer working to turn it off. I was really worried about additional damage in the kitchen and in the basement. Liz was able to find Chris who had time to help us out. Chris arrived early and repaired the line in the basement and installed a new copper supply line to replace the plastic line. Everything went well, and we were very pleased with his work, especially on short notice. His bill was very reasonable.
