Andrew, came out yesterday to perform a PM on my furnace, not only did a great job, but explained to the me what he was doing. Since I started using this company a couple years ago, I’ve had nothing but a good experience with them. It was nice to have my home heating at an even temperature all night long. I joined their yearly membership, I know my next step will be calling them to preform a PM on my AC. It’s nice to work with a company that is honest and that you know you can trust being in your home.

I am not sure he believed me about me stating there was something wrong with the HVAC system. Frank took a very systematic/procedural review of the system and eventually determined something had been mis wired. He fixed the system and I soon found a measurable improvement in the system. I was grateful for the thorough review and fix of my system.

- SMStefan MagyarOct 30, 20255.0I contacted Sensible to help my mother with a checkout of her furnace along as to determine why she couldn't get the unit to operate. (2 other companies had been out and frankly they weren't very helpful.) Andrew was the tech that came to her home and he was able to determine and mention a couple of things that the other companies didn't. First, regarding the functionality of the furnace, Andrew saw that a code needed to be entered into the thermostat to allow it to operate. Once he was able to figure out a work around to get my mom's furnace to kick on, he set the thermostat at a temperature that would stay constant and be comfortable for her through the colder months. Secondly, Andrew advised us that the furnace is 26 years old and while it was working okay for now, it is on borrowed time and it's hard to say how much longer it will work. But at least it's working for now and my mother is no longer having to go outside to warm up! When it is time for her to replace her furnace, Sensible is the first company we will call to do the job. Highly recommend.
