This was the second time that Jacob has done work for us, and both times he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very efficient. Jacob thoroughly explained each estimate and went through the work to be done before starting and reviewed the completed job to make sure that we were satisfied with the work before he left.
