  I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company! I had them to my home to fix a hot water problem in the spring and months later the problem didn't seem to be fixed. I called to speak with them and they sent out another plumber to address the problem. He was at my home 2 times, still couldn't identify the problem. They refused to give up and now thanks to Justin and Mitch, it is fixed and I am so happy! I am so impressed with their perseverance and sincere dedication to fixing this problem! I highly recommend this company!

  Revising my review up after speaking with Rock’s general manager, who took immediate action to rectify the situation. Rock clearly takes the customer experience seriously and they stand behind their work! What I wrote previously: It’s a racket. Or at least the monthly membership is. They essentially charge $40 a month for someone to come once a year, find problems in your system and then overcharge for the work. I had an in-warranty repair completed today. Had an estimate for two people to take a full day (8 hours) to replace cracked heat exchangers in two furnaces. Estimate was $4,753 for the labor to do the work. The actual work took less than 6 hours and less than two full-time equivalents. But they still charged me the full, estimated amount of $4,753. They might argue that my membership was already delivering a 15% discount off their full rates - but do they really expect me to believe those rates aren’t already marked up? And regardless, that’s the benefit I paid for with the membership and has nothing to do with gouging me on the labor cost for this repair. I’m canceling my membership and will never do business with them again.

  We called Rock out to quote a heat/cool system. The quote was definitely fair and was shared with us day of. They scheduled the install quickly and with enough time to capitalize on a rebate. The install crew, led by Erik was punctual, courteous, and informative. They were able to complete this install within a day! After the installation, Erik took time to explain some things about the furnace as well as walk me through operating the new thermostat. A really solid company here-highly recommend.

  The customer service here is second-to-none. Rock’s employees are jovial, attentive, punctual, communicative, gentle (you know how some home services people have no bedside manner, they forget how your home is a living thing to you and when it’s ailing, bad news needs to be delivered with compassion), and caring. From the appointment center to the field people, everyone knows how to navigate interpersonal interactions. Carlos the field technician helped us detect a valve leak we never knew existed and saved us thousands of dollars of invasive repairs by pinpointing this tiny problem with an easy solution. Thank you, Carlos!

  I’d like to sincerely thank Santiago and his team for their outstanding work on a major plumbing project at my home. Santiago’s experience was evident right away. He quickly identified that our outgoing pipe system had collapsed due to age and clearly explained what was going on every step of the way. He took the time to make sure we understood the situation and our options, which we really appreciated. His team worked efficiently and professionally, and within just a couple of days we had a brand-new plumbing system up and running.
