DavidsonSep 11, 20251.0Do not EVER I repeat EVER do business with this piece of crap company unless you want to throw your money down the drain and end up more frustrated than you started. I cannot stress this enough. Derek came out to our house 3 weeks ago to assess why our AC wasn’t working. He replaced the condenser, charged us $500, and told us we would need a new compressor motor soon but that we could last another 6 months. Less than 2 weeks later the AC stops working again. We call them back. The lady who answered the phone said Derek was out of town but that she would send their sister company out to look at it. She said if he ends up telling you the same thing Derek did then we will not charge you anything. Well apparently she failed to tell the guy from their sister company the same information. He came here for 15 minutes, tightened a couple screws on the motor, and said we had to replace the motor. He then charged us $225 for his time. So we’re now out $725 and in the exact same position we started with no AC. They want to charge us another $500 to come back and fix the motor. The lack of communication and support from Littleton Heating and Air has been completely abysmal. I am 8 months pregnant and it’s 90 degrees out and they are offering NO HELP. Derek is still out of the country and apparently he’s their only guy so all they can say is “what would you like for us to do?” UMM I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO FIX OUR AC AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Awful customer service and they do not care at all about their customers. Stay far far far away.

I was considering a heat pump and Derek was very knowledgeable and explained why he thought a heat pump would be a good investment. I had a Daikin system installed in a few days. The system has worked flawlessly. So far my heating bills have been lower than last year. Derek was very patient in explaining everything to me and helped tremendously in setting up the controls. I highly recommend Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning.
