  High 5 did a great job at replacing my water heater. Job was completed the next day after choosing them since their quote was very affordable compared to other quotes. Jose and Michael were both extremely professional. Thanks guys! 😉❤️

  Manny came out to do our quarterly HVAC inspection and was so professional and kind. He fixed a problem that I didn’t even know was there! Manny went above and beyond! I’m definitely going to request him every time we need HVAC service!

  Jaeden was the tech who showed up for our plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. He arrived within the time range set up and I was called when he was on the way. Jaeden was personable, professional and answered all my questions. He offered suggestions on things that needed to be done without the high pressure to upsell me. He completed everything on time and cleaned up after his work area. He was extremely conscious on putting on shoe covers. Would highly recommended Jaeden and High Five for your plumbing, electrical and hvac needs.

  Called in with an emergency water heater issue after an electrical surge. Got a same day appointment with a great plumber- Matt. Following Matt’s testing & assessment was able to schedule a same day water heater replacement & an electrician. Fantastic service from Matt, Nathan, & Jesus. Jesus’ installed the water heater quickly, but very professionally. What was once a mess of pipes & soldering is now a neat and orderly connection. Only downside was that it was very expensive. On the other hand, I’m not too surprised I paid a premium for solving the problem the same day. I should note We have 2 curious cats. All 3 technicians were kind to the cats and careful to keep them from escaping outdoors or otherwise getting themselves into trouble.
