We have used these people multiple times in the amount of time I have worked at my company and I mean probably 6 times. The most recent being in March of this year. I know that we have an account with them, I was actively looking at the invoices from this company. I called them today because my work got broken into this morning and no one of authority could come in so I was forced to come in and try and figure out cops and who I needed to call for the broken lock, they say 24 hours I called at probably 5am. The lady who first answered the phone was amazing, she was helpful and got information and put me through to the on call person. The second the guy answered the phone, I believe he said his name was Ricky, he was rude, he had this attitude of he didn't want to work or do his job. I didn't have a physical card with me because I am not the owner but because I knew that we had an account with them I knew they had to have a card on file for us. He asked if we had an account and I told him that we should and he said he would have to look in the book to make sure. I asked he if he could because I wanted to make sure they had a card on file before he came out because he told me they had to get paid at the time of the service, which I completely understood. He huffed at me and said he would look and call me back in 10-15 minutes. He called me back and told me we didn't have an account with them. Again, I was looking at all the invoices from past experience. He was extremely rude. I tried figuring out a way to make it work so he could come look at the lock, he was not willing to meet me in the middle and basically told me he woke up and took the call and if I couldn't make the payment he wasn't going to come, again I understood he has to get paid for his services and I had no intention of not paying him. He tried to blame me for him being rude and tried to tell me the only reason he was being nasty was because "he was only giving what he was getting". I wasn't being rude, I was trying to come up with a way so he could come and fix the lock. I told him I was just trying to make this work and I was only an employee and he told me "well that's the job you picked". Listen, I understand that he had to wake up because he was on call, I also understand it's not ideal. However, if he can't be pleasant to customers or he doesn't like the fact that he had to wake up he shouldn't have a job that is on call. When customers call during "emergency" hours they are frustrated, stressed out, and most likely dealing with cops and dealing with cleaning up a store or residence that has been broken into and being rude to them is crazy and so unprofessional.

The drywall professional that works on the commercial office building I manage, recommended EAP Glass to me for all the glass needs for our three active renovations. I was not disappointed. Keith the sale engineer took care of my very small, yet labor-involved order and delivered the next day. Looking forward to returning to Keith and EAP Glass with a much larger order in the future. Side note: EAP's building is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very nice architecture.

I called them at 3AM in the middle of a snowstorm with an emergency board up, 45 minutes later my problem was solved for a super reasonable price. I called them today, 9PM, also snowy conditions, for a different emergency situation (commercial door not closing), and they were there in 20 minutes, problem solved, not expensive. Reception is extremely prompt and accommodating. Ignore the bad reviews - this is the go-to for any retail/commercial need. They didn't take advantage of my desperate situation and so it seems that they make their money on repeat business. I will be calling them again.
