- GDGarrett DickAug 14, 20253.01- Every time I go to the lumber yard, I spend at least 15 minutes waiting in the yard before anyone comes up to collect my sheet and pick up my items…it doesn’t matter what time of day. If you do have to pick up anything at the lumber yard, plan on spending at least 45 mins to an hour. 2- I’ve called in to place orders at tge lumber yard and no one has answered my calls 3 out of the last 4 times (all on different days of the week). And when I did leave a message with the sales rep at the lumber yard no one returned my call. Poor customer service and like another reviewer said, if you’re small they don’t need your money. I would give the lumber yard 1 star but the millwork side has been very responsive and seems to be run much better, so they get 5 stars, average at 3.
