  As an excavator, working with All Phase Construction makes the process easy and efficient. They know exactly how and when to schedule contractors and streamline the process. I have worked with Jeff Rosenburg, the owner, on multiple custom home builds. On each and every one, he has done an exemplary job. Working in the mountains of Colorado has its challenges and All Phase knows exactly how to handle them. Jeff is extremely punctual when it comes to communication. He always answers phone calls and emails, and is on the job as much as possible. If you are looking for a general contractor to get your custom home build done from start to finish, professionally and efficiently, look no further.

Owner Jeff Rosenberg is very experienced, well respected by his crew and possess an honestly level rare in the field. He will mange your project professionally, while coming in on budget and on time. You will find his record keeping and accounting refreshing and unusual in this field. He has earned our respect and we would highly recommend this man and his company for your next build! You might find his design abilities and opinions very valuable. Jeff is a great "listener" and takes your level of satisfaction very seriously.   Building a custom house is a complicated operation. It requires time, commitment, patience, and in our case a good General Contractor. We met Jeff Rosenberg from All Phase Construction during the process of buying our property. Our dream home began with hiring him while also working with every conceivable entity required to build a custom home. From the architect to the bank, or to local engineers, subcontractors, and county officials, Jeff was there every step of the way. It became clear from the outset that we would need someone we could trust through the entire course of development as we embarked upon this journey. Jeff quickly became the focal point of our efforts to design and construct the one and last house in which we would live. It is our opinion that if you want the best in the business from start to finish, Jeff and his team at All Phase Construction is the one to hire.
