I had never worked with concrete floors before and Trevor convinced me that I could grind and polish our 20,000 sft warehouse floors. All the equipment I rented was top of the line and worked amazing well. The Lavina grinder was incredible and fun to operate. I was so impressed with the pull along vacuum. This vacuum sucked up the concrete dust so well. Maybe the best piece of equipment was the Tenant T16 floor scrubber, one pass across the ground floor and is was squeaky clean.(This floor srubber was so fun to drive) As I mentioned at the beginning of the review, Trevor and his team is what made the difference. I have never had such great/supportive customer service. Trevor came out to the warehouse several times to answer questions and provide encouragement. The project turned out better than we could have imagined. We wanted to brighten up the warehouse and make it easier to clean. We initially intended to only grind and polish the floors to a 100 grit but once we got into the project Trevor convinced us to continue all the way up to a 800 grit grind. We now have a warehouse/office that is like a mirror. Everyone who walks in, instantly comments on how great our floors look. The job was so satisfying, with each grind the floors looked better and better and in the end, I was astonished at how amazing the floor surface looks. I am so thankful to everyone at Sunbelt for their 'Over the Top Customer Service and encouragement. Thank you Trevor and Tyler (Grind and Equipment specialist), Joe (Best mechanic ever) and the delivery drivers Rudy and Allan. Amazing amazing team!
