I just had my system serviced by Michael and he quickly changed the filters and treated me with kindness and respect.

We found L&L Systems at a home show and we found their booth and booth workers very friendly, approachable, low pressure yet informative so we agreed to a home visit. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our apt but they were super supportive and eventually, we got rescheduled. Nico arrived promptly on time, was very efficient in his presentation, warm, funny, easy to interact with and quick to answer all of our questions. We felt heard, not pressured and that is something we truly appreciate. We're anxious to try out this system.

The 1 star is because I called the company and had to speak with 3 different people. My water softener unit started to leak by the coupling valve. I disconnected where it was leaking from and seen this piece had a crack in it. Easy fix for myself. I sent pictures of the cracked piece to the store and asked if I could come to the store and pick up the replacement. Some lady I was speaking with said no and needed to send someone to my home to see if there is anything else wrong. I told her nothing else is wrong, I just need that piece that’s broke. (They have the pictures they can see it) She still insisted I can’t come to the store and purchase what I need. So they sent a tech the next day. Come to find out, I can go in the store and buy parts. What should have only costed me $144.96 for the parts, ended up costing me $342.38 because of the avoidable service fee of $189.99. I was pretty disappointed and will be calling directly to the manufacturer for future concerns.

From the moment Greg walked in my home his goal was to scare me. He did this through strategically scrolling through videos and images on his phone. These showed dangers and "facts". He did not state his true intentions of wanting to sell me your products until wayyyy into his visit. It was fear fear fear. I told him I am not open to his tactics. After that he told me I will get a "limited time discount" and to make sure I pay with my credit card. Shady much?? I invited this man into my home at 6pm to hear about how I can improve my homes water. Instead I'm told my pipes are in drastic condition ready to explode any day and my kidneys and liver are destined to fail unless I get your reverse osmosis. This is not ok! I'm sure your products are nice but come on. Maybe it's time for Greg to retire or put him in the office sending your kinder field agents.
