Jeremiah did a great job checking all our plumbing today, adjusting simple problems and describing fixes for some bigger problems. He will be coming back with parts to finish the job.
He is very personable, explains things clearly, and inspires confidence as he obviously knows what heβs talking about. He made sure I understood everything.
Jeremiah went above and beyond today, working past 6:30 pm to get the job done in spite of having a long drive home in this terrible wind.
We were very happy with his work.

When they say no one will treat you better, itβs just a fact. Brayden, Devin and Kyler came to my new house to do multiple for me and I could have not asked for a better experience. They truly gave top notch customer service and treat you like your family. They get the job done quickly with expertise. They went above and beyond my expectations and I could not have asked for a better experience. So much so that I decided to be apart of their customer program that they offer. There is no other company I will use for my electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks guys for the amazing service, job, and experience.

We were very pleased with Limelight Services. Christine was helpful and great at communication for scheduling and the technician they sent out, Ben Holden, did an amazing job.
Ben was knowledgeable, personable, and patiently took his time addressing every possible concern we had, letting us know that it was nothing to be concerned about in the electrical system but he did offer solutions to eliminate the issues in the future. We plan to meet with them early next week to get that done.
I asked about under counter lighting and Ben will be installing that for us in the near future.
As we just moved to a new home we have some issues that would make the home more comfortable for us and Ben addressed those with solutions too if we are ever interested..
While he was here he installed some new plugs for my husband that were badly needed in the garage.
We highly recommend Limelight Services and plan to call them for future projects.
Our experience with Limelight has been fantastic. Our heater went out during the coldest night of the year on a Friday night. I used the online scheduling Saturday morning to ask for a Monday morning appointment. I received a phone call from the owner about an hour later asking if they could come out that morning, we had someone arrive to check out our unit within the hour. From there we learned our elderly unit was giving up and would no longer heat our home, something we knew was coming, but is always a surprise. They were careful to process all the rebates for us, making the total out of pocket expense over $8,000.00 less than the original quote for both a new heating and air unit. Within two hours we had a crew of three at the house replacing the heater. They were able to get the heater up and running, but not completely installed. Mind you, this was all done on the weekend, outside their normal business hours. Over the next five days, they got the heater completely installed as well as the new AC unit. They were great at keeping us informed about everything. It took so long because many upgrades had to be preformed, which included two electricians to come out to help as well. Through it all, each technician was respectfulness and helpful when explaining any issues or delays. They were also very gracious with my elderly, overly helpful parents when they would try to help them. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when everything was finished. Please note, we don't do reviews or referrals unless we feel the cost, work and customer services is truly warranted and Limelight earned each star!

Woke up and heater was not kicking in. Thought perhaps ignitor had failed. Was going to call a company who had been servicing the units. Intuition told me not to. Nice people; but small, overworked n had left tools n overlooked things before. We used Limelight for a master electrician bfr and were impressed. Found them in local services magazine and checked their reviews and BBB ratings. Called Limelight and were able to come out within about an hour. Savannah was our technician. When we opened door to mechanical room, water was spraying from cracked whole house humidifier water line and was all over heater, water heater, concrete wall, joists. Savannah got to work. Turned things off, pulled panel on heater and all electronics and electrical board were soaked with water standing. So...new heater. No sense trying to dry out and use. Got a new heater out and installed same day. (The other company had repaired the humidifier line in July and over torqued the coupling causing split. Tubing was so old it should have been replaced.) Limelight recommended a company who came to do dryout remediation. A few days later Savannah came back to flush water heater, repair humidifier lines and strap water heater expansion tank. The water heater had not been maintained and was bad, pop off valve bad, interior full of sediment. New water heater installed, humidifier lines replaced with braided hose, new expansion tank strapped. As Savannah and a co-worker were working they noticed a water line that had broken area at joint and repaired. Very knowledgeable, thorough, love their craft and great to work with. Joined the Gold Club and will have them service our HVAC 2x a year and any plumbing, electrical. Thanks Limelight! π€ And shout out to my girl Savannah!
