- KSKim SmithNov 28, 20175.0I called this company and no one answered and left a voicemail. Immediately the owner called me back and made me an appointment for the following week. We had a gas leak, Scott (the owner) advised to call Xcel Energy to temporarily fix the problem until he could get out to fix it. He had me call Xcel to save me the burden of a weekend emergency charge. Xcel arrived quickly to temporarily fix the problem. Scott promptly called me before my appointment and advised of an ETA. He and his assistant were very fast and very professional. He charged us beyond a reasonable price and was so courteous; his pricing is the best I’ve ever seen. He explained that the gas leak was from the cheap material used by the builder and he quickly and efficiently fixed the issue in 40 mintues. Scott is honest, reliable, and prompt. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a company regarding this type of issue. I highly recommend this company.
