He answered all my questions and explained them with patience. He also explained how to get the door reattached when power is out after I have pulled manual cord. He went the extra mile for sure! Noel was also VERY helpful over the phone as she tried to diagnose problem and how we would proceed with repairs. She was also very kind and patient and truly wanted to get a solution for me at a reasonable price .
