  David and Mark came out to replace my water heater after it started leaking yesterday (1/8/2026) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Everything looks perfect and I don’t have any worries of flooding anymore with the extra care and time they put in to set up a better drainage system. I feel more peace of mind and can’t thank these guys enough. They also had to move a heavy washing machine and dryer to even get into the space for the water heater, but they did so without any complaint and a terrific/helpful attitude. Everything is running smoothly. David and Mark, if you’re reading this, you are both much appreciated!!!!!

  Brandon came over to quote us on getting AC installed but was also able to help diagnose an issue with a part on our furnace failing. He got the part covered through warranty. I appreciate being able to handle multiple issues on one visit.

  Very appreciated Dave coming out as a scheduled add on to fix our tenants heat (it went out on a 8 degree day🥶He solved the issue quickly…and Thanks to Haley the dispatcher who was on it…to work us in!! Thanks PSI!!

  My partner called and spoke to them and set up an appt. with PSI when he would be in town. We needed 4 new toilets that we had bought, installed and the old ones taken out. They called me a week ahead of the appt. and said we can do it "right now"! I was working, my partner was not in town and I said, "nobody is home", we'll have to wait. The secretary said, "do you have a door code? we could get in". It sounded like they really wanted to do the job now. I said, "OK". They had me sign for the price, which was VERY expensive. I didn't know what my partener had discussed with them but everyone in the area said, "don't use PSI, they charge far too much". They did the job. The person who did the job was great. Nicest guy. However, when I talked to my partener, he said he was quoted $149/hour. He was shocked at the $2,700. bill for taking out 4 toilets and installing the 4 new toilets (I had bought). He called PSI. They said, " Your girlfriend signed the quote, so too bad". As much as I loved the installer, the company is not honest and I will never use them again.

  Let me start by saying "Big shout out to James, Derron, Bob and their hard working crew!" Talk about getting in the trenches. I'm gonna say it.... "shit got deep". To pull this off as quickly and precisely as they did, it took a team and long hours of work. Over a week now and were closing the gap. We're a large building in Vail. Its started with a drain clearing job after hours. I believe Derron was first to respond.... then it snowballed from there. Tree roots in the main going out the building. Now its Saturday morning, we have 4 PSI techs, structural engineer and a tree removal service on the property. Big thanks to James for making that happen. He organized the meeting with the town and the tree removal service, all while we are standing out back on a Saturday morning scratching our heads, drinking coffee (well I drink coffee, they drink lattes, macchiatos, hot chocolates and whatever else). You wouldn't expect that from this crew lol. The PSI team came up with an action plan. Build an ejection pit coming out from the building, pump the waste down the side of the building with flex hose and tap into a cleanout on another part of our sewer system. Its a big building. This was put into place just so they can start the repair process. Cut the tree down (Big shout to Old Growth Tree Service). They got the call Saturday morning and were on the property 3-4 hours later. Dig out below the tree to access the pipe downstream of the roots. Mill the roots from the downstream up. See why its a good idea to build the ejector pit first? Fiberglass UV line the inside of the pipe to create a new stronger free flowing pipe. I am still blown away by this process. The crew come back Monday to reconnect the last section and get the backfill going. That part was Bob I believe. Bringing in the equipment and taking care of the excavating side of things....but deep in the trenches the whole time making these repairs with the rest of the team. One hell of a crew PSI has.
