We called PSI at 10:00 am and they were onsite at noon and had the frozen septic line open and cleared with an hour of arrival. We are a first time customer of PSI and our experience with them was AMAZING! Denise answered our call, assessed the problem and dispatched the crew. When the crew arrived their goal was to give us a five star experience, and they (Casey and Derron) delivered. We're fans and call them again when the need arrises.

Both were happy to answer all of my questions and worked thoughtfully to try to resolve a difficult issue. This one will unfortunately require further investigation, but I’m satisfied with the efforts made to identify the problem. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and their patience and knowledge were genuinely helpful. I would be happy to use your service again. One small note (true for every vendor who comes into my home): please carry shoe covers or offer to remove shoes. I always feel awkward asking. (I just reordered a box.) Regarding the pricing question below: my assessment is a bit nuanced. Having worked in property management for many years, and considering the work performed, the equipment used, and the fact that two technicians were on site, I’d say the cost was on the higher end of the normal range, but still reasonable and not outrageous.
