Scott and Karl in the back know just about EVERYTHING there is about bathrooms and water heaters. Niki for a good laugh. & SAM GAYLOR for running things in the back. BEST Ferguson iv ever been too. Oh yeah and Ali is pretty cool too. 10/10 Recommended Also I miss the old counter girl! 😉

She ended up getting there 5 minutes after they closed, most of the crew was still in the parking lot talking. Apparently, they remembered the order but she was told, sorry, come back tomorrow at 7:00. Poor customer service, not sure if it is the office or corporate so gave them the benefit with 2-stars. Canceled my order and ordered it from Amazon, paid a little more but it will be here tomorrow and saves me 3 hours driving.
