- SRSandra RojasJul 19, 20251.0I don’t recommend this company price wise or customer service , the technician I call last night seemed bothered to even answer the call when he got to my place he was upset we had water our lawn prior to knowing we had a problem , stating he was not going to be getting wet he damaged my insulation that was just put on the day prior , on top of that he didn’t have to use any tools or it was a simple fix and the price was 415.00

This last time we worked with Raul who was so great to work with! He was very professional, informative, helpful but his demeanor is so relaxing we appreciated the vibe be brought to our house. Their services are very well priced and much lower than another plumber we tried. I would recommend Roto Rooter again and again! And will only call them going forward.
- CMChelsea MartinezMar 17, 20201.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Had them scheduled to show up at one of our restaurants. Made the appointment on a Thursday for the upcoming Monday morning at 6AM. Called Sunday to confirm never heard from anyone. My tech arrived on site to meet their tech at 6AM. No one showed up. 8:30AM no one was still there. Finally after getting the run around at the office they tell me they need to reschedule for Tuesday morning at 8AM. My tech arrives on site Tuesday morning at 8AM. No one shows up. I call the office several times i get the run around again. 9:15AM the office tells me that the appointment was scheduled from 8-9AM and I told them well its 9:15AM and no one is here. Then they tell me that they were in a meeting and will be there soon. I have my tech stay on site waiting for their tech to show up. 9:45 I received a call from the manager and she tells me their equipment for the work I need completed is out of service.... Not only has this company now waisted my office's time, my technicians time x2 and gas and miles on our company vehicle to meet them at the restaurant. Now their equipment is broken all the sudden...? The manager did apologize but I will not be using this company ever.
