Amanda was friendly and helpful and told me they would be able to get someone out to service the system the same day. Joe arrived promptly and within minutes had the trouble diagnosed (failed Capacitor on the Condenser) and he had the replacement unit on his truck. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes-- fantastic! My system is up and running like new. AMS will definitely be my go-to folks for future HVAC needs.

Then had another gentleman come out Mon (MLK Day) to fix the issue. Both were very helpful and worked through this crazy weather. Absolutely will recommend to anyone who needs their services.
