- TPTyler PowersMar 30, 20261.0Called ahead, explained the project, scheduled the delivery. When being "delivered" it was determined by the deliverer and the guy at the warehouse receiving (not me the paying party with the plan of action) that the only flooring scrubber that they have would not be sufficient enough (again not knowing the plan). Without contacting me he refused to deliver the equipment. I was issued a refund and got a phone call after. This was an hour and a half after the attempted delivery. After they admitted that they did not have propper equipment for the project we have had scheduled they charged me for the attempted delivery they failed to complete. This will be the last time we use this local United office in Grand Junction. We will deal with Denver and have them ship equipment across the state. How extremely dissapointing. Project delayed 3 weeks, crew expecting overtime with planned to work weekend upset.
