Kiah Echave the office manager was very thorough with her introduction when I stopped in w/o an appointment at their display room. When Garrett Sebesta came out to the house to measure and look at my old windows, he was thorough and informative. The installers worked extremely hard; they were done in a day and a half; they were very cognizant of keeping my house clean. I now have 16 new windows in my house that no longer have issues, such as energy ineffectiveness, being placed on the trim instead of flush with the trim etc. These windows hold a life time guarantee. There was a small issue with the locks and Garrett came out immediately to fix them. I am just so pleased and really look forward to seeing what the impact is on my energy bills.
