- BBBob BurdickJan 18, 20265.0I first contacted and used Rescue 1 Plumbing in 2021 when this firm was under different ownership and management. Chad was the gentlemen who owned the firm at that time. He installed a new commode and water supply valve and performed some other plumbing at my rental and also at my mother’s residence in Palisade. Under new management, I again used Rescue plumbing in 2022 to install a new hot water heater and pressure reducing valve in one of my two Palisade properties. I recently in 2025 used Rescue’ to inspect boilers for proper operating pressure at two of my residential properties, one in Palisade and one in Grand Junction. Also, the hot water expansion tank was determined to be defective and was recommended by the plumber, Ben, to install a new tank. In all instances when I called Rescue 1 for a service call which was during business hours, the office staff who answered the phone was cordial and quickly understood what my problem or need was. Their field staff always contacted me by phone on the appointment day prior to arrival at the work site. Recently, Ben has been the plumber that has been dispatched for my appointments. His has been punctual, knowledge and professional in performance of his tasks. I would not hesitate calling Rescue 1 Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs. Bob Burdick
