The flooring is coming apart now and LL advised they are not responsible for the warranty work, which is a lifetime warranty. They filed bankruptcy last year and reopened with a $ sign in their name, instead of an S. Same company, will not honor their warranty. What a joke of a business.

He searched their inventory and found a store with some boxes still in stock, ordered them and had them shipped directly to my home. A small purchase overall, but I will definitely be back to buy more flooring one we decide what we want to do on our main floor. I greatly appreciate going above and beyond to help us out.
