Less than impressive service.
I received a diagnosis/guess from a technician for an exorbitant price. When we pay for professionals we should get accurate information not broad generalizations. When I called the company to inform them, they had no interest in increasing the quality of their service and seamed annoyed I held them to the standard their website and marketing conveys.

Called them on a Sunday our furnace was not working. Was told by the lady I talked to that it was $108 to get them out there to look at. I asked if that was the after hours/weekend rate and was told they didn't charge extra for after hours or weekends it was that fee whenever they came out. Tech called and said it was a $250 fee for after hours/weekend. Would not recommend this place if they can't get their stories straight. General manager did call me and explain the circumstances so I will be changing this from a 1 star they at least took ownership of miscommunication which shows me that they do take pride in what they do.

Adam came looked at our furnace refused to fix it and left after unplugging wires and the whole unit while a snow storm is happening. i will not be using them ever again if thats how they treat Disabled Veterans.

I was out of town in September when our breeze air stopped working. We had always done business when they were family owned so I told her to contact them to have a look. Their barely English speakingTechnician came out and told her it was the automatic drain function of the unit. He repaired it and charged her $600 for about an hours work. The next day, the ceiling below the cooler in our home collapsed from the water leak that resulted in our attic. We called them back out and the technician denied any responsibility for the leak and charged her another $430 for a small piece of 1 1/2 pvc and some glue and another hours work. The ceiling repair was an additional $1800. I will never, ever use Haining again. I have advised every single person I know to never use them and if you read this, I advise you not to use them. Had my wife not been alone and I was home, they would not have been able to take advantage of a 72 y/o woman with zero mechanical ability.

Sean is fantastic and really knows his stuff. I bought my home last November and hired Haining to set up my swamp cooler in May. He was able to show us how to use the wall control, etc., since we weren’t familiar with it. I hired them again to winterize the unit last week, Sean came out again. Hopefully he’ll be available in May 2026! Excellent service…made a lifetime customer out of me.
