She was the only representative of all of them that actually understood the intricacies of an insurance claim and how to support one to get positive results. She laid out exactly how the process would go. She set a reasonable timeline and then exceeded all our expectations with every part of our roof project. Minor questions and issues got dealt with promptly to our satisfaction, and our part was relatively easy. We have a very large and complex roof with many steep angles. We now have a beautiful new roof with limited lifetime shingles. This entire team works incredibly hard!
