- TGTyler GrantNov 6, 20255.0Two large vehicles (a short school bus and a heavy-duty Chevy Truck w/ truck camper on it) were stranded at the Westwater Boat ramp where AAA won't even send service. Joe from Girardi's towing brought the big rig & towed us both out of there & got us to a mechanic in Junction on a Friday afternoon. Joe was very friendly & helped us find a mechanic to take the vehicles.

However, I was beyond pleased with Shawn's service/ assistance he was polite, professional & knew his iish!!! I was just praying he did not get caught in the rain with the trouble this truck gave him & thankfully he didn't!!! Ironically it almost caught him as he was finishing up at the pick up & drop off!!! Anywho I can honestly say the good reviews are true as I was able to experience first hand & thought I'd share with a 5 🌟 review!!! The ladies on the phone were sweet as well keeping me accurately updated & triple confirming my location as I had no real idea where I was on this stretch of road lol... Thank you Girardis Towing your employees are doing an amazing job and clearly love what they do keep them happy good people are rare these days!!! Stay safe out there I'll toOt the horn for y'all!!! 🤣😂🤣 thank you tremendously for helping navigate this process!!!

Joe from Girardi’s Towing came all the way out to a very remote area in eastern Utah to rescue us. He managed to tow two heavy-duty vehicles back to Grand Junction with a smile on his face and a song in his heart, keeping everyone reassured and cheerful. He truly went above and beyond, and the pricing was very fair, especially given the remote circumstances. We’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest and dependable tow, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Joe!
