We had spent hundreds of dollars with the local fireplace specialists in town only to have the same problems. Our neighbor, who is a retired realtor, uses Doubltree and recommended them. Rob persisted until he found the underlying issue and he left us with a working fireplace. They are very fair and reasonable.
