Stephen P., is the one I worked most closely with (& drove the most crazy!), but he was always courteous "yes ma'am" & easy to work with & always made my requests happen....even with vendors that they did not carry! He went above & beyond!! Stephen, Alex, David, the delivery driver & of course the 2 Randy's, are now friends for life! Thank you all at BFS! I highly recommend them.
- GCGlen ChaddMar 21, 20221.0I ordered windows from the guy that I was working with when I ordered my framing pack back on Jan 6th. As of last week they will not be here at my new house until April 21st. I have electricians coming soon, plumbers are scheduled within the week, insulation will soon follow and then drywall. As we all know electricians can't do their work without windows and doors. They guy I have been working with has not returned most of my calls or text, has not followed through with things he has promised, won't return messages and has still yet to come measure doors or even give my a straight answer on when he will be here. My overall experience has been less than satisfactory.
