  The cabinets were purchased on April 1, 2024. From the start, the installation was unacceptable — your installer put in damaged cabinets and even caused further damage during the process. On October 28, 2024, Rhonda, your sales representative, admitted that the replacement cabinet doors looked worse than the originals and told us you would come up with a plan to fix them. We paid approximately $29,000 for the order and delivery, with $1,600 remaining due upon completion. On November 22, 2024, Bill came to my home and promised his son would install the replacement doors, at which time we would make the final payment. That never happened. Bill disappeared, and the next time we heard from him was May 1, 2025 — when a bill showed up in the mail. You did not complete the work, which is why we did not make the final payment. It has now been over eighteen months since the original installation, and you are still talking about fixing your poor workmanship. This is not how a man of integrity operates. If you had any, the job would have been finished as promised, and payment made. Bill, you are a joke. Attached is Rhonda’s message confirming everything I’ve stated.

  I was very happy with my experience! I emailed them over the weekend and Diana reached out first thing Monday. She came out got my measurements and then we went to her shop to pick a cabinet. I had not looked into my countertop options so she gave me a few options and we went together to a countertop place where I easily found what I wanted. Diana was available the entire process when I had questions. She was efficient and always so cheerful. I will definitely use them again in the future. *We had delays in our project due to plumbing. As soon as the countertop is in I will update with photos :)!

  I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was working with BTO cabinets. They were thorough and helpful throughout the process. It was such a pleasure. And we LOVE our cabinets. Thank you!
