  I am an out of state property owner/landlord, so finding a roofing company to do the work is a challenge. Bros Roofing came in with a lower cost estimate than another company. They originally gave me a time when they would do the work. As it turned out they had a work cancellation (unknown reason) so they rescheduled my job. The reroofing of my property was done about 6 weeks earlier as a result. Coordination of material selection and work schedule was done entirely by phone and email. Kari, who did the coordination and help was very patient and led me through the steps for material selection, payment schedule, and all other required steps. With her assistance, the process was easy and painless. The job was completed quickly with no issues. It was reviewed by my property manager's maintenance team and found no issues and were satisfied with the work quality. I would highly recommend Bros Roofing for your next roofing job!

  From the first contact to after the work was completed the communication between us and bros was great. Even with some weather delays they did a great job in completing all the repairs.
