- JJJen JacksonDec 26, 20232.0Get what you pay for. It was the most reasonable price we could find, and I opted for the middle-tier on the bid. First the guy installed the windows outside the house's frame, he came to redo it. Then the springs were wrong and either snap the windows open fast and hard, or won't hold the windows open at all, and the locks were the wrong kind, the sliding glass door seal failed and there are white streaks through the inside of the glass, and one of the low-e coated windows has it on the wrong side so it failed too and looks like acid ate it, all within the first few months. They came, assessed, took photos, changed a few locks, swapped a couple of springs, left the rest with a promise to return, understandably blaming supply chains. I get it, but that was 2 years ago. I sure hope they're not still waiting. Multiple calls and messages left for them, 2 years later and we are still waiting. I ran into the owner at a grocery store about a year ago, he asked if I got a rebate check from the manufacturers, which was a surprise to me as I hadn't heard anything about a rebate. Never got a check. Called the office a few more times and left messages with a receptionist, never heard back again. I would love to love this local company and will happily update my review if they take care of the problems.

Their quote was very competitive. I like dealing with a local business. She kept me updated as the custom doors were built. Damien & Gage did the install and they were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The new doors are beautiful, I highly recommend!
