  Get what you pay for. It was the most reasonable price we could find, and I opted for the middle-tier on the bid. First the guy installed the windows outside the house's frame, he came to redo it. Then the springs were wrong and either snap the windows open fast and hard, or won't hold the windows open at all, and the locks were the wrong kind, the sliding glass door seal failed and there are white streaks through the inside of the glass, and one of the low-e coated windows has it on the wrong side so it failed too and looks like acid ate it, all within the first few months. They came, assessed, took photos, changed a few locks, swapped a couple of springs, left the rest with a promise to return, understandably blaming supply chains. I get it, but that was 2 years ago. I sure hope they're not still waiting. Multiple calls and messages left for them, 2 years later and we are still waiting. I ran into the owner at a grocery store about a year ago, he asked if I got a rebate check from the manufacturers, which was a surprise to me as I hadn't heard anything about a rebate. Never got a check. Called the office a few more times and left messages with a receptionist, never heard back again. I would love to love this local company and will happily update my review if they take care of the problems.

  Very good communication; called to verify I was home and let me know their ETA. Estimator was the only one of the 4 estimates I received that actually closely examined the windows to see if they actually needed to be replaced. I was told that it might take as much as 6 weeks to get the windows in (supply chain woes). Installer was very professional. I would use Bratton again.

  Awesome sauce! Great service all the way around-from the boss coming out to bid and measure, to the techs preforming instillation. The 3 techs that came to my house where professional, polite, did an outstanding job and they cleaned up after themselves too. The only proof they where there are the beautiful new windows. They did an AMAZING job & I will always refer them-shop and support locally owned businesses is the way to go.

  Zach and John from Bratton Window and Door did a great job resetting several doors and installing a deadbolt at our house in May of 2020. They were very professional and thorough.
