  This was a great experience from start to finish. Luis U. came out and did a thorough inspection then spent time discussing the issues and providing the options we had. He was great and there wasn’t any pressure. Once we decided to move forward, Dominick was out the next day to install the new water heater. We have a small space where the water heater is located. By the time he was finished it was night and day difference from what we had before. It was a very professional job. He also took the time to explain everything to us. A couple of great guys who take pride in their work!

  Used HVAC services twice for Whole House Humidifier and issues with faulty pump. Great work by technicians and happy with work. Also paid for their membership for preventative maintenance. During the last two months have had multiple issues with scheduled appointments either being canceled, no show or failure to call back from request for service. Reached out to talk with someone about these challenges and a voicemail left from them offering $50 off my next service but nothing to address my concerns. Reached back out to actually talk with someone and no one called back. Concerned that I could rely on this company if I have an emergency need with HVAC, Plumbing or electrical.

  We allowed the free inspection of electrical that came with our plan. We got a verbal quote for what was described as emergency services to replace a 20 year old electrical panel and other services. When we told the salesman that we would get another quote and get back to them, he said that his grandfather and father were being disrespected. He kept talking for half an hour while the meeting with him was over, and my husband had already taken an hour off of work. This was an unpleasant experience and unexpected since we had good interactions with High 5 plumbing in the past. Decisions on major repairs cannot be made so quickly and we were not given any supporting information such as a Master Electrician certification. No written quote.

  We spent a lot of money and they did not follow anything they said they would from the start. A one day project is in day 3 with a terrible subcontractor that has multiple city violations. It costed me time off work dealing with this issue and high 5 seems to not value all my lost time when they weren’t even on site for the entire day and the fact that they didn’t file city permit which has lost me a rebate. They are quick to send a bill but not anything thing else they said they will. I would not recommend them for any level of work, there are lots of other reliable options out there. This is coming from someone with a club membership with them as we had them do multiple other projects in the past, when it comes to a big spend ($20K), they take no concern on a terrible experience.

  Our plumber tackled a seriously nasty clogged toilet without hesitation (or embarrassing me 😊). I am super impressed with how thorough he was. He didn't just unclog it and bill me. He went under the house to inspect the pipes and make sure everything was in good shape, tested all the other faucets in the house and THEN he took the time to test our water hardness and walk me through the process. This is the kind of old-school, above-and-beyond service that's genuinely hard to find. I’ve been through many a plumber (including being frustrated enough to youtube and do it myself) Master was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in their work.
