He checked out the furnace, made some recommendations and changed the filter. My furnace is getting older and Brian recommended I change out the igniter so I don’t have an emergency this winter!

While delivering the unfortunate news that I needed a complete unit replacement, Jose. Took the time to thoroughly explain all available options and walked me through the entire process. His clear communication made what could have been a stressful situation more manageable. That same afternoon,Jesus Pacheco And his trainee arrived for the installation. Their technical expertise was evident as they Master fully removed the old water heater and installed the new unit with remarkable efficiency. The quality of their workmanship was impressive, and they maintained a clean, organized workspace throughout the process. Haven’t used High 5 Twice now, I can confidently say that their consistent reliability keeps me coming back. Every team member I’ve encountered has been professional, competent, and genuinely friendly. The quality of service is so dependable that I’ve decided to use them exclusively for all future, plumbing and electric I was so satisfied with their service that I purchased their membership program.
