It seemed like there were some mishaps. They delivered the wrong heater first and had to go get the right one. They have to come back tomorrow to remove the old heater, but dispatch wasn't able to schedule before the technician left. But, overall good level of service. Jose was great at working with me on the pricing and Tazz was amazing and got the job done despite the horrible circumstances thrown at him. Upfront and honest company with great service people for a very reasonable price.

I wish I had known about the $50 trip charge added on at time of payment though, I even asked receptionist about costs and this was not mentioned. However, everyone was polite and I could get through without speaking to an answering service. Same day service too. Called at 12:30, Quan was here by 5:30. Happy to give a High-5
