- RDRuth DunmyreDec 15, 20251.0They did show up to fix boiler, which did a total fail. Couldn't explain why though? The gentleman that installed:the boiler 3 years ago never showed up to again explain and see why the total fail. After a decade with him there is no customer service or care. I could go on as to how watched him grow. Gave him all the work on a Triplex in Evergreen. I'm done, thanks for the lesson.

It had been several years since I last had it serviced so I called Brad Co. Brando came out and thoroughly inspected everything and serviced the furnace so that it is ready for the winter. He was careful and patiently answered all my questions and explained how the furnace worked. I now have peace of mind that the furnace I grew up with will still safely keep the house comfortable.
