  I’ve given AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric two chances, and both experiences were incredibly disappointing. A couple years ago, I had them out for a furnace tune-up. Instead of actually performing the service, the technician spent the entire time pointing out supposed “issues” and trying to sell me a brand-new furnace. I later got multiple second opinions, and none of the problems they claimed were actually issues. It felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I’m not an expert. Unfortunately, I recently made the mistake of giving them another shot when they advertised a $39.99 A/C tune-up. This visit was even worse. Two technicians showed up and immediately acted like they were responding to a repair call—not a tune-up. I made it clear everything was working fine and I just wanted the advertised service, but once again, they didn’t perform any tune-up at all. Instead, they started listing a bunch of questionable “problems” and became visibly frustrated when I didn’t agree to expensive repairs. They even went as far as threatening to call Xcel on me, which felt completely inappropriate and intimidating. When I said I wanted to get other opinions, they tried to pressure me into doing thousands of dollars of work on the spot and made the situation sound urgent and dire. To make matters worse, they shut off my gas. After about 45 minutes of doing essentially nothing—and making me increasingly uncomfortable—I ended the appointment before they even went up to the roof to inspect the A/C and asked them to leave. They then insisted I pay for a tune-up they never performed. I paid just to get them out of my house. They told me someone would follow up to reschedule, but I never received a call. After leaving, they sat in the parking lot for another 30 minutes, seemingly just to make it appear as though they had completed the job. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion—or better yet, avoiding this company altogether.

  UPDATE--Rachel reached out personally to talk through my concerns and proposed an acceptable resolution. Customer service is obviously important to them, and the new toilet was in and functional within a few hours of when I first called. Thanks for making it right. Service is good but pricing is absolutely ridiculous. $775 to replace the “guts” in the toilet tank, or $1100 to replace with a new American Standard toilet, which doesn’t include the service fee. I replaced the components in my dad’s toilet in 2 hours for $80 just a few weeks ago. But they were available same day and I guess that’s worth something. The plumber did a good job communicating and the tenant seems happy with the new toilet but holy smokes, someone made bank on this job.

  AAA needed to come in and replace a sewage line and all plumbing in my slab on concrete home. They had to dig through concrete within my home. The job was done in 4 days with Carlos coming in both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. He was able to pull back almost all of the carpet in my home in a way that I was able to pull it back. My furniture was protected and no personal property was damaged. They also reinstalled my toilet and washer and were able to avoid destruction to my kitchen. Tyler was my master plumber and he was excellent. He was honest, forthright, and wanted the best for me and my home. I highly recommend AAA. They made an awful experience not so bad.

  I had used AAA Service in the past. They came for a Home Service Club Member HVAC inspection. They told me my HVAC Heat and Air Conditioning was going to be costly to repair (13 years old even though I hadn't had any problems or air concerns). They sent three people over to my house and sold me a new system. It was a one day install. Long story short: I had issues with the equipment overnight, I couldn't get help that night as I had expected to. I will say that Rachael called the next day and made this right, elevated this to management and helped me get the equipment issue fixed and helped compensate me for my time. One person can go the distance to repair customer service and she did.

  Very pushy extreme sale tactics, I would advise getting multiple quotes before moving forward with this company! Overall I was happy with the crew of guys that came out and got alot of work done in 2 days . New electric panel and meter plus outlets updated. Only complaint was one of the techs used my chair as a step ladder ! If they needed a ladder they could've just asked and I had one in garage. My chair had footprints and now cracked a tiny bit on the leg . Kinda unprofessional considering how much money they charged and wanted payment in full . Beware before you sign contract and get other quotes first dont feel pressured. Im questioning future projects with this company and will shop around . The office and project manager Brian didn't provide the best customer service experience. Just more focused on you signing contract and they want payment immediately.
