- CDCrispy DuckMar 1, 20241.0If I could give them minus stars, I would. This was a three year nightmare with this company. They did not communicate, they were incredibly slow. I paid over $13,000 and still never got a usable survey. When I refused to pay the last bill they took me to court and the judge ruled for them because I'd signed a contract. DO NOT USE them! Do NOT sign anything.

They will lie and come in way under on the bid then charge 100% on top after they already have started the process. Would never recommend the survey or engineering team if you’re trying to do a minor subdivision they will Over charge and can’t guarantee their prices. I tried to reach out for them to redeem themselves and they sent me the same bid from before and after they charged me already 20,000 for a 38 acre survey. That was already done 6 months previous to them doing their own.
